Attorney Michael Wach

Attorney Michael Wach advises clients on all issues of German and European export control law. Due to his many years of experience in the German defense industry, Michael Wach is also specialized in the field of war weapons control law.

He also focuses on U.S. re-export control law (ITAR and EAR) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions.

Michael Wach also holds training courses and workshops on these topics for companies and external service providers.

Michael Wach has extensive experience in establishing and developing Internal Compliance Programs (ICP) and assists his clients in implementing the export control legal framework to meet all regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining CREYDT.LAW, Michael Wach worked as an attorney at the predecessor firm B&C Rechtsanwälte.

Prior to that, he was responsible for the export control of a leading European defense technology group in Germany.

Michael Wach studied European business law at the University of Sussex (England) and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons.). He then completed a law degree at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
